  • Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project scope, specifications, and contractual requirements.
  • Assist in negotiating subcontract agreements and vendor contracts to secure favorable terms and reliable performance.
  • Monitor project financial performance, including profitability, cash flow, and cost control, and take corrective action when needed.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly cost reports and accurate cost projections to provide clear visibility into project status.
  • Identify, prepare, and submit change orders, ensuring proper documentation and timely approval.
  • Review and approve supplier and subcontractor invoices to confirm accuracy and alignment with contract terms.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements on all job sites.

  • Lead or support the submittal, RFI, and change management processes to keep project documentation complete and current.
  • Coordinate CAD, fabrication, and field labor resources to meet project milestones and adapt to changing project needs.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing company procedures and promoting a strong safety culture.
  • Professionally solicit vendors and suppliers during procurement to obtain competitive pricing and reliable delivery.
