Job Description
  • The Project Coordinator supports the procurement by coordinating procurement projects, maintaining accurate documentation, tracking timelines and deliverables, and serving as a communication link among procurement staff, internal departments, and suppliers. This role helps ensure procurement activities move forward efficiently, consistently, and in accordance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
  • The position also plays a key role in managing the procurement intake process, coordinating workload and priorities, and identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, and workflows. The Project Coordinator will use SharePoint and other technology to organize information, improve visibility into procurement activities, and support efficient management of departmental resources.
