Job description

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Implementation Associate to support the configuration and delivery of client solutions. This role works closely with consultants and project managers to translate business requirements into functional system configurations. The ideal candidate is a hybrid of business analyst, QA tester, and configuration specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.


What will you do?
  • Partner with consultants and project managers to understand project scope, timelines, and requirements
  • Configure system components including data models, workflows, forms, templates, and reports
  • Support migration of configurations from development/test environments to production
  • Execute quality assurance (QA) testing to validate functionality and ensure configurations meet requirements
  • Create, maintain, and update documentation including requirements, configuration workbooks, and process flows
  • Manage assigned tasks and tickets from initiation through resolution, ensuring timely delivery
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical Services and other internal teams to support successful implementations
  • Assist in troubleshooting configuration issues and provide resolution suppor

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, or business analysis
  • Experience with QA testing, system validation, or UAT support
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
