Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team at Kids Club ABA, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children. As a Student Analyst Graduate Level RBT, you will work closely with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help clients improve their social, communication, and daily living skills. If you are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism, we welcome your application.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA

  • Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress

  • Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment and behavior plans

  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies

  • Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records

  • Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions
