The purpose of the account manager's job is to manage the setup of all the Revenue Cycle systems and processes for all new and existing client implementations, changes, and updates and communicate such to all applicable parties.
This is a Full Time, remote, Revenue Cycle Management Implementation Account Manager role.
What You'll Do
  • Meets regularly with internal team members and externally with clients, payers and applicable consultants for all Epic implementations, payer/plan/fee schedule changes, location additions/relocations and line of service adds
  • Completes documentation necessary for building and updating of Epic file maintenance required for existing business and build/set up for new implementations
  • Serves as SME for Practice Management configuration related to RCM and enhancements to meet business needs
  • Works closely with other Revenue Cycle staff and leadership team, Project Managers, IT Departments, AppConfig and Operations
  • Coordinates with RCM Implementations and Operations team members following biannual Fee Schedule Exception Reviews to work on possible standardization with applicable clients
  • Responsible for ensuring documentation and workflow processes are correct and updated related to existing client set up annually and as needed
  • Meets with all applicable RCM staff for appropriate information hand-off for each implementation/change
  • Meets all deadlines for implementations, changes and updates
  • Communicates progress of implementations and changes and completion to leadership
  • Documents updates and project status in ServiceNow

What You'll Bring
  • High School Graduate minimum education requirement, BS preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years or more coordinating functional areas of revenue cycle management, required
  • 3+ years' experience in practice management application configuration and implementation assistance, required
  • A minimum of 2 years managing projects within a revenue cycle management department, preferred
  • Demonstrated successful physician third party billing experience
  • Possess strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
  • Strong knowledge of CPT and ICD10 coding within a practice setting
  • Effectively utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong background working in practice management system(s). Knowledge and use of EPIC is a plus.
  • Must be able to work independently in a manner to achieve goals, objectives and productivity requirements.

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $55,000.00 - $61,900.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will be included in the company's Open Time Off plan and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
