Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 + bonus

We're looking for a People Leader to support our airport restaurant operations at ATL Airport. This role is ideal for someone who brings union experience, understands wage and hour requirements, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.

You'll be the go-to People partner on site -- trusted by leaders, accessible to employees, and closely connected to day-to-day airport restaurant operations. What You'll Do
  • Act as a hands-on HR partner to field leadership and airport operations
  • Support employee relations, performance conversations, and leader coaching
  • Work within a unionized environment, partnering thoughtfully on labor-related matters
  • Collaborate with Regional and Corporate People teams on initiatives and programs
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and engagement efforts that strengthen the team
