Location: Raleigh, NC (Fully On-Site)

Position Essential Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (I-9, DOL, EEO, ADA, FMLA, OSHA, etc.) in consultation with Silvi's central office HR team
  • Lead workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational development initiatives to support growth.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data; produce routine/ad-hoc reports.
  • Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management and policy enforcement
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes, from managing job postings to new hire orientation
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment and employee communications
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and internal policies and support audit preparation
  • Coordinate training programs, employee engagement initiatives and development opportunities
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR procedures and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and culture

Qualifications Required:

    • Experience in human resources or related field required.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
    • Valid Driver's License.
    • Thrives in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
    • Balancing multiple projects with ability to prioritize.
    • Ability to achieve departmental goals.
    • Ability to work 2-3 Saturdays a year (Hiring Events)
    • Experienced in Microsoft Excel.
    • Capability to work well within a team atmosphere as well as independently.
    • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
