As a senior leader in this journey, the Product Domain Architect brings deep expertise across Human Resources and Corporate Support Services, shaping worldclass capabilities spanning HR, HSE, GRC, Facilities, Sustainability, Legal, and Compliance. Partnering closely with the Product Domain Lead, this role drives the scoping and delivery of key initiatives across these domains, ensuring solutions are architected endtoend and fully aligned with enterprise value streams. The PDA maintains strong alignment with Enterprise Architecture, ensuring crossdomain coherence and stepping into full domain leadership when required. Designed for a highcalibre transformation expert, this role accelerates Weir's HR and Corporate Support maturity across people, process, and technology-directly enabling strategic outcomes and programme success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Partnership: Drive HR and Corporate Support Services transformation by partnering with-and deputising for -the Product Domain Lead, leveraging SAP FittoStandard and Clean Core principles to maximise value across all HR, HSE, GRC, Facilities, Sustainability, Legal, and Compliance capabilities.
  • EndtoEnd Capability & Value Stream Ownership: Own and govern the HR and Corporate Support Service capabilities and their Enterprise Value Streams (e.g., Hire to Retire; Awareness to Prevention; Data to Insight), ensuring crossdomain alignment and valuedriven delivery through close collaboration with other Domain Architects.
  • Architecture, Solution Design & Governance: Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of HR and Corporate Support Service solutions, translating business requirements into scalable architecture; govern the domain roadmap, architectural artefacts, standards, risks, and decisions while ensuring alignment with Enterprise Architecture.
  • CrossDomain Collaboration, Data, Integration & Innovation: Work across architecture teams to ensure coherence, guide solution architects, shape data and integration patterns, uphold strong data governance, and drive continuous improvement through modern cloud approaches, emerging technologies, and domainspecific innovation.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • HR & Corporate Services Process, Systems & Domain Expertise: Brings deep expertise in designing and optimizing endtoend HR and Corporate Support Service processes - including Human Resource Management, GRC & Audit, Health & Safety, Facilities, Sustainability, and Legal & Compliance - across complex global organizations, with strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
  • Workday, Corporate Platforms & BPM Capability: Experienced with Workday, ServiceNow, Payroll and Time Management systems, with solid working knowledge of BPM methodologies and process optimisation tooling such as Celonis or Signavio.
  • Agile Delivery, Portfolio Management & CrossFunctional Engagement: Proficient in Agile methodologies and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Atlassian suite), with the ability to communicate, influence, and collaborate across domains while tailoring approach to diverse senior stakeholders.
  • Leadership Mindset, Strategic Thinking & Adaptability: Demonstrates an enterprisewide, strategic mindset with strong facilitation and communication skills, comfortable leading complex and ambiguous change while constructively challenging and guiding teams toward transformative outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience operating as a Domain Architect within a largescale SAP S/4HANA implementation, architecting valuedriven, enterprisealigned solutions across complex business domains.
