Director of Human Resources
We are seeking a Director of HR who views company culture as a flagship product: continually improving, highly engaging, and designed to scale. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will act as a strategic partner to department heads, support the employee experience, and develop scalable systems that enable our rapid growth.
This is a full-time position requiring onsite work in RTP. Competitive salary, bonus, and benefits are offered. Sponsorship and third-party arrangements are not available for this role.
Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Guide recruitment strategies, employer branding, and performance frameworks. Lead interviewing, hiring, and onboarding efforts to develop high-performing teams.
  • Culture & Engagement: Champion retention programs and employee wellness initiatives while fostering a positive company culture where people genuinely look forward to Mondays.
  • Operations & Compliance: Maintain compliance with labor laws and global employment regulations, oversee benefits administration, and streamline HR systems. Build processes where needed.
  • Leadership Coaching: Provide managers with the tools, feedback, and coaching they need to lead high-performing, empathetic teams.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use HR analytics and engagement data to assess team health, retention, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, employee development, and HR leadership. Technology industry experience is required.
  • Strong project management, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Experience with Gusto, Dover, and Employee Navigator is a plus, but not required.
