KI is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR team! This position will be on-site at our Corporate headquarters in Green Bay, WI. Responsible for supporting & enhancing assigned business units with Human Resource solutions including recruitment and staffing, employee relations, performance management, training, and compensation management and more.
Responsibilities
  • Generate and lead continuous improvement initiatives with a positive, enthusiastic approach. Influence others to adopt change.
  • Identify and plan internal talent development strategies.
  • Determine appropriate recruitment and advertising strategies to source qualified candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and make recommendations to managers on most qualified candidates.
  • Identify and facilitate individual coaching needs by developing effective working relationships across the organization.
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding policies, procedures, guidelines and programs and provide guidance & interpretation.
  • Oversee the performance review processes, offering consultations as needed.
  • Conduct investigations and facilitate progressive discipline & terminations.

What you Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or related role.
  • 3+ years experience in employee relations/conflict resolution, recruiting, compensation and/or performance management
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
