Paramark Real Estate Services is a growing commercial real estate company based in Rochester, MN with properties located throughout MN, KS, WA, FL, TX, WI, IA, IL, CO and ND. We are seeking applicants for Director of Human Resources. This key leadership role will oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development, to drive a positive and productive workplace culture. Ideal candidates will bring a strategic vision, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of building scalable HR systems in fast-paced environments.
