Job description

Paramark Real Estate Services is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time HR Administrator to support our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and wants to make a meaningful impact while working a flexible part-time schedule.
The HR Administrator will provide administrative support across key areas of human resources, including employee records, onboarding, benefits support, compliance, and employee communications. The successful candidate will be organized, confidential, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS information
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, including employment paperwork and system setup
  • Support benefits administration, including employee questions and enrollment processes
  • Assist with employee file maintenance and compliance documentation
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with tracking HR metrics
  • Coordinate employee communications, recognition programs, and HR initiatives
  • Assist with handbook updates, policy administration, and compliance activities
  • Respond to employee and manager questions with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR administration, or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
