Position Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for an organized, reliable, and personable HR Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will be the backbone of our Human Resources department, supporting day-to-day HR operations, onboarding new talent, and ensuring our team members have the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist with administrative tasks for new hire orientation, background checks, document collection, and exit processes.
  • Employee Records: Maintain and update confidential personnel files, electronic HR records, new hire training and databases.
  • Recruitment Support: Help post job openings, prescreen candidates and applications, and coordinate interviews of entry level positions.
  • Administrative Operations: Draft HR communications, prepare meeting materials, answer general HR inquiries, and assist with special HR projects as needed.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in an HR, administrative, or office support role preferred.
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field is a plus.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a bonus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
