Stripmasters (a Ranew's Companies subsidiary) is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team in Decatur, IL.

Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator position is an integral part of the HR team by assisting the department with the day-to-day operations. The HR Coordinator will work hand-in-hand with our HR Manager with all things related to past, present and future employees.

Location: Decatur, IL
Salary: $21.50 - $25 /hour (starting pay is based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time (1st Shift)
Benefits: Performance Bonus, Paid Holidays

HR Coordinator
Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Administering tests, scheduling appointments, maintaining records and information.
  • Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
  • Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
  • Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
