Job Description Human Resources Supervisor This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career. 3M is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor for the DeKalb Distribution Center located in DeKalb, IL. Here, You Will Make An Impact By Hiring & New Employee Onboarding. Coordinates with stakeholders for interviews to ensure compliance with applicable business process. Leads the Corrective Action process by doing employee investigations and facilitates Corrective Action meeting with the Leadership Team. Ensures site support of Healthy Living activities. Coordinate and ensure 3M Corporate initiatives such as Employee Assistance & Diversity & Inclusion are implemented & supported. Handle a variety of employee & Leadership questions.
