Program Overview

The Circle K Global Rotational Program (CK Compass) offers a unique opportunity to accelerate career growth and business acumen. During three to four immersive yearlong rotations in North America or Europe, you'll gain practical experience in key business functions, mentorship, and blended learning through both in-person and virtual development. This experience will prepare you for future leadership roles. Successfully completing the program opens the door to a fast-paced, exciting career at Circle K!
