What is an IT rotational program?

An IT Rotational Program is a structured early-career development program designed to give participants exposure to multiple areas within Information Technology. This allows individuals to gain broad experience, build a diverse skill set, and identify their preferred career path within IT. Upon completion, participants often move into a permanent position based on their interests and the company's needs.
