Job description

Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Program Management Rotation Program (PMRP) team. This is a talent development program role, designed for high potential candidates who aspire to take on future Program Management related roles and leadership positions.
What You Will Be Doing
The PMRP is designed to provide a broad view of the Program Management discipline through diversified work experience, targeted training, and exposure to Program Management processes, tools, and best practices.
The PMRP participant will rotate through 2 one-year rotations across multiple Aeronautics Functions and Lines of Business supporting the Program Management Office (PMO).
Program participants will not be required to relocate for any rotation, but participants may be required to travel, based on the work requirements of the rotation. Status of virtual, hybrid, or in-person support will also be based upon the work needs of the respective rotation.
Upon successful completion of the Program, employees may be considered for roles including, but not limited to:
-Project Manager
-Deputy/Associate Program Manager
-Deputy Subcontracts Program Manager
-Program Manager
-Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead
-Program Finance Management
-Program Operations Management
