JOB DESCRIPTION:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in business analysis and process design in one functional areas (finance, accounting, sales, engineering, manufacturing, etc.) within the enterprise in the analysis, and redesign of application package functions and processes
- Assist in the formulation of and definition of application scope and objectives and help devise/modify procedures to solve business problems
- Assist in communicating application package capabilities/possibilities within one functional area
- Assist in specifying, developing, and validating business reports
- Participate in developing business relationships with other departments to ensure successful implementation and support efforts
- Learn managing priorities and reporting milestones for their deliverables. Learn to develop and maintain good relationships with customers and IT colleagues to meet expected customer service levels
- Participate in preparing, coordinating, and executing appropriate unit (functional), integration and volume tests to ensure successful implementation and support efforts
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Business Analytics or Data Analytics or Business Administration with an emphasis in a specific functional area
- Zero to two years of experience in relevant functional area, limited experience with application package modules, and one package implementation
- Business understanding in one functional area, as well as an understanding of the organization's industry will be preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express technical concepts in business terms
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
- Strong work ethic and good team player
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $77,000-$83,000.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
