What is an IT Rotational Program?

An IT Rotational Program is a structured early-career development program designed to give participants exposure to multiple areas within Information Technology. Participants typically rotate through several different IT roles or departments, such as software development, cybersecurity, networking, and project management, over a period of one to two years.
