Job description

We are looking for a driven Data Analytics Intern to work directly with our leadership team on high-impact analytics projects across RCM, Sales, and AI product insights.

This is not a passive internship-you will work with real healthcare data, analyze billing performance, and help shape how we use data to drive automation and AI across the business.

What You'll DoRCM & Healthcare Analytics
  • Analyze claims data, AR aging, denials, and payment trends
  • Identify opportunities to improve collections, reduce denials, and optimize revenue cycle performance
  • Build reporting around key RCM metrics (e.g., Days in AR, First-pass acceptance rate, collection rates)
AI & Product Analytics
  • Support analytics for AI-driven products like AI Scribe
  • Analyze usage patterns, accuracy trends, and provider behavior
  • Help define metrics that measure AI performance and business impact
Sales & Business Analytics
  • Build dashboards to track pipeline, conversion rates, and sales team performance
  • Support outbound metrics (calls, demos set, close rates)
  • Analyze customer acquisition and retention trends
Data & Dashboarding
  • Build and maintain dashboards in tools like Salesforce, Excel, or BI platforms
  • Clean, structure, and validate large datasets
  • Deliver insights and present findings to leadership

Requirements
