Data Quality Reviewer (Entry Level)

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with 0-2 years' experience to join our fast-growing audit & review team. In this position you will learn and be responsible for the quality, accuracy, reliability, and compliance of our data within a regulated environment, playing a vital part in our critical data integrity initiatives. Must be proficient in SQL.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate data from diverse sources, including paper batch records, electronic batch records (eBPR), and OSI PI Systems.
  • Conduct comprehensive data integrity reviews of technical reports.
  • Perform formal document signoffs within the organization's document management system, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
  • Execute quality reviews of technical documents to guarantee compliance with internal and external integrity standards.
  • Review and confirm data alignment across multiple systems, ensuring consistency within the process monitoring system.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SQL is required for efficient querying and validation of database information.
  • 0-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred, not required.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in various computer systems and software relevant to data management and analysis.
