### Team Leader / Assistant General Manager
**Pay:** $13.00–$17.00/hour + tips
**Responsibilities**
* Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations
* Lead and support team members
* Maintain high standards for customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and safety
* Complete an 8–12 week Manager in Training program with opportunities for pay increases
* Eligible for profit-sharing bonuses upon completing Assistant General Manager certification

**Pay:** $17.00–$35.00+/hour (including bonus opportunities)
