Job Overview:
Pay Range: $25/hr - $30/hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree required (marketing, life sciences, or related field preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare marketing, or agency account management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of commercial strategy for assigned pharmaceutical products, with a primary focus on managing relationships with external advertising agencies.
- Help ensure consistent, compliant, and effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the advertising agency, managing timelines, deliverables, and feedback.
- Coordinate development of promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Review and route marketing assets through internal medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review processes.
- Support campaign execution across channels (digital, print, sales materials).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical, regulatory, sales) to gather input and maintain message consistency.
- Track project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Assist in analyzing campaign effectiveness and gathering market insights.

- Experience working with advertising or creative agencies.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical promotional review processes (MLR).
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
