Requirement/Must Have:

  • 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare marketing, or agency account management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of commercial strategy for assigned pharmaceutical products, with a primary focus on managing relationships with external advertising agencies.
  • Help ensure consistent, compliant, and effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the advertising agency, managing timelines, deliverables, and feedback.
  • Coordinate development of promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and route marketing assets through internal medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review processes.
  • Support campaign execution across channels (digital, print, sales materials).
