Job description

Job Title: Lobby Ambassador / Office Services Associate (Entry-Level)
Location: White Plains, NY (Onsite )
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM (6 hours/day)
Rate: $20.45 hr. based on experience
Position Summary:
We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Lobby Ambassador / Office Services Associate to support daily operations at one of our White Plains, NY locations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a welcoming and efficient workplace.
This position supports front-of-house engagement, office services, and light administrative functions to ensure a seamless experience for employees, guests, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lobby Ambassador / Guest Services:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience
  • Assist with guest check-in, directions, and general inquiries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable lobby and common areas
  • Coordinate with building management and security as needed

Office Services / Day Services Duties:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and package distribution
  • Maintain and stock office supplies, pantry items, and coffee stations
  • Load and unload dishwasher; ensure pantry/kitchen areas remain clean and stocked
  • Monitor and replenish inventory levels as needed
  • Support upkeep of shared office spaces throughout the day

Administrative Support:
  • Provide general administrative assistance to onsite staff as needed
  • Assist with basic data entry, tracking logs, and service requests
  • Coordinate deliveries and vendor visits
  • Support internal requests in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:
