What you can expect:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
• Utilize effective communication skills in delivering exceptional service to customers, driving business with
the merchant group and general problem solving.
• Oversees daily retail operations: including store maintenance, inventory, logistics and loss prevention.
• Executes company initiatives and strategy at the retail level.
• Works with visual merchandising and contractors to acquire fixtures and materials for projects.
• Works with the IT department to manage the POS and other Retail-related information systems.
• Efficiently manages all operational functions including receiving/back room, inventory, merchandising and
store maintenance.
• Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies followed.
• Cultivate a relationship with the community via personal involvement, PR events and advertising
opportunities.
• Assist in the implementation of Health & Safety policy and operational procedures utilizing training and
guidance provided to support store management within this area.
• Follow and implement local law/regulations and observation of HUGO BOSS standards regarding Health &
Safety at all times.
Your profile:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of Operation Management experience
• Effective time management skills, and a proven ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work with retail operating systems, handle the PC and scanning equipment.
• Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills

The expected base pay rate range for this position is from $27/hr to $28/hr. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.
