Position Summary
The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team. This role assists with onboarding, employee records, recruitment, benefits, payroll support, compliance, and general HR functions while ensuring a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Assist with posting job openings on various job boards.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants.
  • Coordinate pre-employment screenings and background checks.
