Job description

A Japanese company is seeking a HR Assistant.
Location: Huntsville, AL
Pay rate: $22/hour
Work Type: Full-time, On-site
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The HR Assistant has primarily following responsibilities and authorities for:

  1. Daily Time and Attendance Entry for Employees and Dispatch Staff.
  2. ADP Payment Entry.
  3. Insurance Setup and Renewal.
  4. Invoice Summary.
  5. Performing any other projects specified by Administrative manager.
  6. Reporting to the Administrative Manager.

HOURS AND PROVISIONS:
Business Hours are 7:00 am - 4:00 pm. Some flexibility required. Lunch is from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM
Overtime is required as necessary.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Suite including Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous automotive experience a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
