Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative or HR experience who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and being part of a supportive workplace.

In this role, you’ll provide valuable administrative support to our Human Resources and Safety Departments while assisting employees throughout their employment experience. If you’re organized, approachable, trustworthy, and interested in continuing to grow your HR knowledge, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR records

Assist with payroll processing and labor balancing

Help employees with general questions regarding policies, benefits, beneficiary changes, and other HR matters

Assist with benefits administration and monthly benefit invoice reconciliation

Support new-hire onboarding and orientation

Review employment paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and compliance

Maintain employee badges, manpower reports, and employee listings

Help coordinate employee events, benefits enrollment, luncheons, and other activities

Maintain and post employee birthday calendars

Assist with tracking required and optional employee training

Support short-term disability administration

Assist with HR and company quality policies and procedures

Provide additional administrative support as needed
