To effectively address these concerns, HR Managers should focus on transparent communication, provide clear explanations for the reasons behind the changes, and offer opportunities for employees to ask questions or give feedback. Engaging key stakeholders early and organizing training sessions can also help smooth the transition and foster a sense of inclusion. Being approachable and responsive to employee feedback is vital for building trust and ensuring successful policy adoption.
