Job description

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company supporting Department of Defense and Intelligence Community customers, is searching for a college student to join our team in Huntsville during their Fall 2026 semester. The intern will work part-time and gain industry experience. The essential functions of the internship may include the following:

  • Assist with the migration of employee electronic records into the Human Capital Management (HCM) system.

  • Review employee records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

  • Organize and clean the HR file room, including inventorying, archiving, and securely disposing of records in accordance with company retention policies.

  • Support HR administrative projects and process improvement initiatives.

  • Assist with various benefit administration tasks.

  • Track, maintain, and monitor data and provide necessary reports as needed.

  • Assist in tracking workforce training and development.

  • Participate in exit interviews and process required termination paperwork.

  • Conduct regular communication with employees to ensure positive employee relations.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
