Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our Corporate HR Department in Huntsville, Alabama. This paid internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources administration, employee onboarding, records management, and general HR operations.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Assist with new hire onboarding paperwork and documentation.
  • Create and maintain electronic personnel and benefits files.
  • Organize, update, and maintain hard-copy employee records.
  • Process employment-related forms and HR documentation.
  • Ensure personnel records are accurate, complete, and confidential.
  • Assist with data entry and recordkeeping activities.
  • Act as back-up support for front desk reception

Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
