Position Overview:

You will support a broad range of Human Resources activities, including recruitment, employee relations, training, onboarding, compensation, and benefits administration, with a primary focus on supporting third shift operations. In this role, you will partner closely with employees, supervisors, and managers to ensure consistent application of HR programs, policies, and processes. You will serve as a trusted resource for employment-related matters, helping to foster a productive and positive work environment while supporting organizational objectives. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple HR functions while working closely with manufacturing operations and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with supervisors and managers to support recruiting activities, conduct interviews, and implement staffing strategies to attract and select qualified candidates.

  • Provide guidance to employees and leaders on HR policies, procedures, benefits, compensation, and employment-related matters.

  • Support employee relations by addressing concerns and complaints, advising leaders on appropriate actions, and promoting positive employee engagement.

  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver training, onboarding, orientation, and communication programs related to HR initiatives and processes.

  • Ensure consistent application and enforcement of company policies and procedures across assigned areas of responsibility.

  • Maintain regular communication with employees and leaders to build effective working relationships and support organizational goals.

  • Support managers and supervisors with documentation and recordkeeping related to employee relations matters, corrective actions, and disciplinary processes.

  • Conduct exit interviews and complete required separation documentation.

  • Maintain current job descriptions and ensure appropriate HR documentation is accurate and up to date.

  • Track, maintain, and monitor HR data and prepare reports as needed.

  • Participate in cross-functional teams and HR initiatives that support departmental and organizational objectives.

  • Work is performed in standard office and manufacturing environments, with regular interaction with employees and leaders in production areas.
