The Frontline Recruiter is responsible for all recruiting aspects of hourly roles within a targeted region of the country (sourcing, reviewing, screening, scheduling, hiring, orientation).This role is also responsible for one or more key areas of the overall hourly recruiting strategy, including such things as new business start-ups, marketing, vendor management, process design, change management and regulatory compliance.


Job Description


  • Partner with business and HR site contacts to determine hiring needs for hourly recruiting - understanding the need, communicating status updates, and operating at a level to meet key objectives.
  • Flawlessly manages candidate information in Applicant Tracking System.
  • Manage postings for designated locations, monitor posting throughout the hiring process; closing the vacancy and reviewing to ensure the files are complete.
  • Review submitted applications and/or resumes for applicant job fit and pre-hire driver screening requirements.
  • Prescreen (phone screen or in-person) qualified applicants.
  • Schedule candidates for interviews with hiring managers at their respective sites.
  • Maintains active relationships within networks to gain knowledge of competitive activities and best practices.
  • Coaches and provides training support to hiring managers.
  • Provides standard reports, projections, and data on Hourly Recruiting related topics.
  • Evaluate recruiting productivity to identify challenges, develop improvement plan for review with manager and implement approved improvement plans.
  • Determine marketing and sourcing strategies to meet the hourly recruitment hiring demand.
  • Provides project participation in a specialized / key pillar of Hourly Recruiting structure. Projects to include, but not limited to: start-up activity, campus and remote hiring events, networking activities, and marketing.
  • Delivers subject matter expertise for Hourly Regional Recruiting related projects across the organization.
  • Coaches and provides training support to hiring managers.
  • Participate in job fairs and networking opportunities with the community.
  • Verify employment qualifications, any pre-hire screening requirements, background checks and drug screens.
  • Draft offer letter and launch/monitor pre-hire paperwork in the system.


Required Education and Experience


  • Associate's degree in business or human resources or 3+ years of human resources experience, preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or human resources or related field, preferred.
  • 1+ years general HR experience, preferred.
  • 1+ years high volume recruiting, preferred.
