We're seeking an energetic and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to assist in leading our front office team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role is responsible for supervising daily Front Desk operations, supporting team members, resolving guest concerns, and maintaining company and brand service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Front Desk operations and staff.
  • Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, room types, rates, availability, and arrivals/departures.
  • Assist team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor cleanliness, organization, and presentation of Front Desk areas.
  • Process guest payments, folios, and cash handling procedures accurately.
  • Promote a positive, service-focused work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of hotel Front Desk or related hospitality experience; Marriott experience a plus.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and area information preferred.
