We're looking for a Part-Time Innkeeper / Guest Service Associate to create memorable guest experiences while supporting the daily operations of our beautiful boutique hotel, The Penny Lane. If you're someone who enjoys connecting with people, takes pride in creating welcoming spaces, and loves working on a collaborative team, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
Every day is different at The Penny Lane! In this role you'll:
Welcome guests with genuine hospitality from check-in to check-out
Manage reservations, answer guest inquiries, and ensure every stay exceeds expectations
Set up and maintain our complimentary breakfast and social hour
Help maintain clean, comfortable, guest-ready rooms
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
Support teammates across departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience
