Part-Time Professional Innkeeper / Guest Experience Associate

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented hospitality professional to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering elevated, personalized guest experiences while maintaining exceptional standards within a boutique lodging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the online reservation system and manage all guest communications with professionalism and timeliness
  • Provide a warm, polished check-in experience, including a thorough orientation to guest suites and curated local recommendations
  • Coordinate efficient and seamless guest check-outs
  • Prepare and present a high-quality breakfast service; maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas
  • Maintain guest rooms and bathrooms to high hospitality standards, including making beds and attending to fine details
  • Launder and press linens, including flat sheets and pillowcases, to presentation-quality standards
  • Replenish food offerings, guest amenities, toiletries, and cleaning supplies
  • Set up and host a refined daily social hour at 5:00 p.m., including full clean-up afterward
  • Prepare dining areas for the following day’s breakfast service as needed
  • Perform thorough general cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, and floor care
  • Attend to additional property needs to ensure a safe, comfortable, and elevated guest environment

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in boutique hotel, bed & breakfast, or luxury hospitality environment strongly preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high standards
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and anticipate guest needs

  • Availability required on Sundays; additional flexible availability preferred

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Part-time position
  • Shifts scheduled between 7:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Typical shift options include:
    • 7:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
    • 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
    • Occasional 4-hour shifts within this window based on business needs
  • Starting pay: $16/hour, with opportunity for growth based on performance
