Key West Historic Inns is seeking a passionate and service-driven Front Office Supervisor (Innkeeper) to join our team. This role is perfect for a hospitality professional who enjoys connecting with guests, developing team members, and creating memorable experiences in a boutique hotel environment.

As an Innkeeper, you will help oversee daily Front Office operations while providing hands-on leadership and support to the Front Desk team. You will lead by example, assist with guest concerns, coach and develop team members, and ensure each guest receives warm, personalized, and professional service throughout their stay.


• 2-3 years of Front Office, hotel operations, or guest services experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality preferred.
• Experience with hotel Property Management Systems such as StayNTouch, Opera, or similar systems preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and support team members.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle guest concerns professionally while remaining calm and solution-focused.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, reservations, billing, and cash handling procedures.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions when leadership is not immediately available.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
