Job description

Full or part time executive chef for an upscale hunting lodge. Could be for a 60 day season beginning late November, 2025. Our ultimate need is a full time executive chef. The location is near Hamilton, Arkansas.

Professional kitchen and ancillary equipment. Duties would include buying and stocking provisions, cooking breakfast and dinner for two to no more than ten people, and after dinner cleanup. No groups larger than ten.

Our two owners and their families are experienced in working with chefs. The fare would include good food prepared well suitable for a variety of palates. Some knowledge of wine parings helpful.

If part time, accommodations are available, if full time, housing is available.

Our long run objective is to develop our own culinary program based on onsite gardens and specialty prep.
