About the Job

Redstone Ranch is a corporate dove hunting lodge in Dilley, Texas, operating exclusively during September and October. We're looking for a hardworking, dependable inside lodge helper to join us for the full 60-day season.


This is a fun, fast-paced, action-packed environment serving corporate hunting groups. You'll be a key part of making guests' experience smooth, comfortable, and memorable — from the moment they arrive until they head out at the end of their stay.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Serving guests during meals
  • Bartending
  • Dishwashing
  • Occasional laundry
  • General tidying and upkeep around the lodge
  • All-around hospitality and customer service support


Schedule

  • Hours: Typically 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Days: Every day for the season (Sept 1 – Oct 27)
  • Multiple downtime periods throughout the day while hunters are out in the field or on excursions
