Employment: Full Time Seasonal - December 1st- Mid April

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Show up on time, in uniform ready to work
  • Greet and serve food and beverages to guests
  • Be familiar with food and drink menus to answer questions concerning preparation, portion size, and ingredients
  • Attend pre-meal meetings as required
  • Check duty/side work lists for assigned duties and complete tasks in timely manner
  • Administer exceptional service according to operational procedures
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have, or be able to obtain, a valid Utah food handler permit & Utah alcohol server permit
  • Previous restaurant experience is strongly preferred
  • Great customer service skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, & lift for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 30lbs

Employment: Full Time Seasonal
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat guests
  • Take dinner reservations for guests over the telephone and in person
  • Be familiar with food and drink menus to answer questions concerning preparation, portion size, and ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness of the host stand
  • Perform side work, clean-up, and closing duties according to checklist
  • Assist servers, bussers, and food runners as needed
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Clear and reset tables as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitary condition of dining room and service areas
  • Clean employee dining area, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
  • Assist in completion of post-shift clean-up and side work duties according to checklist
  • Inspect guest orders for completeness and quality prior to delivery to table
  • Assist servers in presentation of meals
  • Assist dining room manager, chef, and co-workers as needed
  • Attend to buffet and omelet station during breakfast service
  • Be familiar with food and drink menus to answer questions concerning preparation, portion size, and ingredients
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:
  • Great customer service skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations
