Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven BFSI Sales Hunters to drive new business acquisition across Banking, Capital Markets, and Asset Management domains.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise IT services sales, digital transformation consulting, or technology solutions within the BFSI sector. This is a pure hunting role focused on generating new logos, building executive relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Candidates with an existing network within BFSI organizations and experience selling IT consulting, cloud, data, AI/ML, or digital engineering services are highly preferred.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end sales and business development activities within BFSI accounts.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across Banking, Capital Markets, or Asset Management sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and technology stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic account plans and sales pipelines for targeted clients.
  • Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and leadership teams to create customized client solutions.
  • Lead RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on BFSI industry trends, regulations, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 15+ years of experience in BFSI sales/business development.
  • Strong experience in one or more domains:
    • Banking
    • Capital Markets
    • Asset Management
  • Proven track record in hunting and acquiring new clients.
  • Experience selling IT services, consulting, cloud, AI/ML, data analytics, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of BFSI business processes and technology landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Existing network within BFSI clients in the USA.
  • Experience working with global delivery/offshore teams.
  • Exposure to cloud, data engineering, AI/ML, cybersecurity, or enterprise modernization solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools.
