This hospital-employed position provides a balanced 65/35 oncology-to-hematology mix, a manageable patient volume, and a true 4-day clinical workweek. You'll enjoy unrushed visits-one-hour new consults and 30-minute follow-ups-supported by an experienced, multidisciplinary cancer team dedicated to high-quality, compassionate care. With major technology upgrades, a modern infusion center, and strong hospitalist support, the practice allows you to focus on what matters most: exceptional patient care. Physicians here enjoy robust compensation, generous time off, and the added financial benefit of no state income tax, making this an ideal setting for both professional and personal fulfillment.

  • Hospitalists admit all patients; Hem/Onc provides occasional consults
  • Base salary starting at $600,000+ with incentives
  • 6 weeks PTO + 1 week CME
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus
