Job description

Registered Nurse Clinical Manager - Homecare 

Full time 40 hours per week

Our innovative homecare management team is part of an organization focused on best practice and nursing excellence, pillars of our Magnet philosophy. In your management role, you will directly impact patient care delivery and improve outcomes through effective management of your assigned team, case conferences, interdisciplinary team meetings and projects. Practices professional nursing as a registered nurse within the legal and ethical framework established by the Connecticut Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association Scope and Standards for Nursing Practice and Code of Ethics, American Nurses Association-Home Health, American Nurses Association-Hospice and applicable regulatory standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

●Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

●Current and unrestricted license in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut or the ability to obtain.

●Three (3) years of clinical nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MSN with a minimum of 1 year of full time clinical Home Health experience in nursing, or willing to matriculate in a graduate nurse program within six months of service.
