Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Office Coordinator to join our small team. In this role, you will be helping seniors and families in our community. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls of both caregivers and clients, handle the scheduling of the caregivers to clients and troubleshoot all issues dealing with both. There is a lot of multi tasking and your input is always welcomed.  We are looking for growth this year and are hoping you will be the person to make this possible.
Responsibilities 
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and warmly
  • Schedule caregivers and coordinate client services
  • Interview and onboard caregivers
  • Speak with potential clients and families about our home care Services
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Maintain clear communication with caregivers, clients and office staff
  • Help ensure quality care and smooth daily operations

Qualifications
  • Mature, reliable and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Compassionate, patient and genuinely helpful
  • Familiarity with local area and community resources
  • Experience or familiarity with home care, healthcare, caregiving or senior servies preferred
