Home Based Therapeutic Support Staff

Home Based Therapeutic Support Staff are responsible for providing therapeutic support to children and families in their homes under the direction of a licensed clinician. Employees follow a child's clinical treatment plan to address the development of behavioral, communication, social, and functional adaptive skills to assist the child's ability to maintain activities of daily living and be successful at home and in the community.
As an HBTS Therapeutic Support Staff, you will help a child learn:
  • Daily life skills for their everyday routines
  • Positive behaviors and coping skills
  • Social awareness and social skills

Mandatory Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Be at least 19 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
  • Access to and provision of an insured and inspected automobile on an ongoing basis.
  • Ability to complete CPR, First Aid, CPI and other required trainings as necessary.
