Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring 2+ years of Level-3 or higher ED experience and multiple critical care certifications.

Details
  • Work in a 24-bed Emergency Department in a hospital setting
  • Patient population includes psychiatric, trauma, general medical, sepsis, cardiac, and stroke cases
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week
  • Occasional floating to a freestanding ED or other units within the facility as helping hands
Requirements
  • Active WA or Compact RN license required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Level-3 or higher ED
  • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC or ATCN, NIHSS, and CPI or MOAB
  • Must pass a Traveler Telemetry Competency Exam
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • At least one supervisor-level reference (Charge Nurse, Manager, Director, or above) required for consideration; a second reference will be needed prior to start
