How you will create an impact:
  • As a Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering strategic, data-driven work for healthcare clients while helping develop the next generation of consulting talent.
  • Lead client engagements from planning through execution, ensuring work is aligned to client objectives and delivers clear, actionable impact.
  • Manage project teams and guide junior consultants through research, analysis, insight development, and client-ready deliverables.
  • Develop recommendations across areas such as growth strategy, go-to-market strategy, pricing, segmentation, portfolio strategy, value proposition development, sales effectiveness, omnichannel strategy, and monetization.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders by delivering thoughtful, tailored, and practical advice.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior audiences with confidence, clarity, and business relevance.
  • Balance multiple projects or workstreams while maintaining strong project management discipline, quality, and team development.
  • Create workplans, define roles and responsibilities, and serve as a key point of contact for client teams.
  • Oversee qualitative and quantitative research, secondary research, market analysis, and synthesis of complex data into clear insights.
  • Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to consultants, including supporting career development.
  • Contribute to business development through proposal support, lead generation, pitch preparation, and follow-on opportunity identification.
  • Help develop new capabilities, tools, and thought leadership for our Healthcare & Life Sciences practice.
  • Stay current on healthcare industry trends and bring relevant market perspective to client work.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and integration of new team members.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and inclusive culture.

Your profile:
  • We are looking for someone who combines strong consulting fundamentals with healthcare expertise, commercial curiosity, and a passion for developing people.
  • An undergraduate degree is required; an MBA, MS, MA, or other advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4+ years of professional services experience, ideally in management consulting serving Healthcare to include but not limited to: MedTech, Diagnostics, digital health & healthcare IT, consumer health, and healthcare B2B.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for the healthcare industry.
  • Experience supporting or leading consulting engagements in one or more of the following areas: growth strategy, go-to-market strategy, pricing, advanced segmentation and analytics, product and portfolio strategy, marketing, value proposition development, distribution, omnichannel strategy, sales effectiveness, or monetization strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and business implications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing projects, workstreams, deliverables, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative, accountable, and entrepreneurial working style.
  • An inclusive and empathetic leadership approach that supports team development and psychological safety.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams, disciplines, and stakeholder groups.
  • Experience building trusted client relationships; senior-level client exposure is a plus.
  • Experience contributing to business development, proposals, extensions, or follow-on work is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Python, SQL, or other data and analytics tools is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work in the office or at client sites 2-3 days per week in alignment with our hybrid model.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, performance bonus and eligibility for annual merit-based increases, and a comprehensive benefits package.
The base salary range for this position is between $170,000 to $180,000 per year for U.S. roles. Specific compensation within these ranges will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and location. Salary ranges are reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with market conditions.
Benefits for eligible employees include paid time off, 13 paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
