Job Description Summary
The Global Clinical Marketing Manager, Patient Care Solutions (PCS) will lead the development and execution of the clinical marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, adoption, and behavior change among key clinical audiences. This role will advance a clinical solution approach that demonstrates the integrated value of the PCS portfolio across care settings and workflows, supported by strong clinical content, evidence, and engagement strategies.
Partnering cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content & Engagement, Product Management, Regional Marketing, Clinical teams, and the Chief Medical Office, this role will identify opportunities for clinical differentiation, inform clinical personas and customer journeys, and support the clinical evidence and claims roadmap. The Clinical Marketing Manager will develop strategies that influence clinical practice, strengthen customer relationships, and drive adoption across monitoring, diagnostic cardiology, anesthesia, and maternal and infant care segments.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute the global clinical marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, adoption, and behavioral change among clinical audiences.
  • Lead the clinical solution approach to showcase the integrated value of the PCS portfolio across care settings and workflows.
  • Balance thought leadership (solution-agnostic) and solution-specific clinical marketing to build credibility and drive adoption.
  • Define success metrics and evaluate program effectiveness to optimize business outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, Content & Engagement, Regional Marketing, Clinical teams, and Chief Medical Office to align strategies and priorities.
  • Support commercialization efforts by contributing clinical expertise to value propositions, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
  • Collaborate on new product launches by developing clinical positioning, evidence strategies, and engagement plans.

Content Development & Engagement Programs
  • Lead development of high-impact clinical content and engagement initiatives, including: symposiums, webinars, white papers, educational programs, thought leadership campaigns and industry presence (conferences, associations)
  • Partner with the cross functional team to build and execute integrated, omnichannel campaigns and digital engagement strategies.
  • Contribute to development of the PCS brand story across clinical audiences and care pathways.

Clinical Insights & Customer Understanding
  • Develop clinical personas and customer journey maps to guide engagement strategies.
  • Gather and synthesize insights from: Advisory boards, Market research, Customer interactions and KOL engagement
  • Identify unmet needs and evolving customer preferences to inform marketing and portfolio strategies.

Clinical Evidence & Claims Strategy
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute: Clinical evidence generation plans, Claims and publication strategies, Health economics and outcomes research (HEOR)
  • Support dissemination of scientific evidence and clinical publications to strengthen differentiation and credibility.
  • Monitor competitive evidence and claims to identify opportunities for differentiation.

Education & Thought Leadership
  • Design and deliver accredited and non-accredited educational programs to strengthen relationships with clinical stakeholders, ensuring content is evidence-based, relevant, and aligned with evolving standards of care.
  • Establish the organization as a trusted clinical partner through ongoing thought leadership initiatives, including publications, advisory boards, speaking engagements, and collaboration with key opinion leaders.
  • Develop strategic educational roadmaps that address clinical practice gaps, support product adoption, and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with medical, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure compliant, high-impact educational offerings.

Partnerships & KOL Engagement
  • Build and manage relationships with: Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Academic institutions, Healthcare organizations and professional societies
  • Expand and maintain the global KOL network.
  • Identify strategic partnerships and co-development opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in clinically focused marketing, healthcare marketing, clinical program leadership, or related healthcare industry experience.
  • Experience working in or closely supporting clinical care environments, with firsthand understanding of patient care delivery, clinician decision-making, and operational challenges across healthcare settings.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare delivery, clinical workflows, and customer needs across care settings.
  • Core understanding of clinical trial methodology, evidence generation, claims substantiation, and health economics; ability to interpret and help develop clinical presentations, publications, and value communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather customer insights and translate them into impactful marketing strategies and commercial outcomes.
  • Proven ability to work successfully in a matrixed organization and effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, navigate ambiguity, and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, content development, customer engagement, and commercialization principles.
  • Passion for clinical science, customer-centered innovation, and driving measurable business impact.
  • Analytical in nature with strong organizational, communication, presentation, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $122,400.00-$183,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
