Search Station is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client. Our client is seeking an experienced Healthcare HR Lead Specialist to own and drive day-to-day human resources operations, employee relations, compliance, and workforce processes. This is a hands-on leadership role for an HR professional who thrives in a mission-driven healthcare environment and takes pride in building compliant, people-first HR operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Healthcare HR experience (required).
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
  • HRIS proficiency.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification (preferred).

Scope of work:

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain audit-ready employee files and ensure HRIS data integrity
  • Support regulatory compliance, audits, and maintain I-9, licensure, and training documentation

Employee Relations & Performance Management

  • Advise managers on performance issues, corrective action, and PIPs
  • Lead and document HR investigations with consistency and professionalism

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
  • Ensure onboarding completion and compliance within defined timelines
  • Conduct exit interviews and track turnover trends

Payroll & Benefits

  • Ensure accurate employee data for payroll processing
  • Support benefits administration and open enrollment

Training & Workforce Planning

  • Coordinate compliance training and continuing education units (CEUs)
  • Support job description maintenance and workforce planning initiatives
