  • Create engaging job postings and effective recruitment strategies
  • Attend job fairs, campus events, and community outreach initiatives

Onboarding
  • Deliver a welcoming, high-energy onboarding experience grounded in clarity and compassion
  • Ensure new hires understand policies, expectations, and clinical standards
  • Facilitate ongoing training and development sessions to support skill building and growth

Culture & Engagement
  • Be a visible, approachable resource across the organization
  • Plan team-building activities, appreciation events, and recognition moments
  • Lead internal communications, employee spotlights, and morale-boosting initiatives
  • Serve as a bridge between leadership and staff to support transparency and trust

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare HR, recruiting, onboarding, training, or employee engagement
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and credentialing
