As we continue expanding into new markets, we are seeking a hands‑on finance leader to oversee the company's accounting and financial operations while helping build scalable processes that support long-term growth.

Position Summary

The Healthcare Controller will serve as the organization's lead finance professional, partnering directly with executive leadership to oversee all accounting and financial operations. This is a highly hands‑on role requiring someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves while providing financial guidance to support strategic business decisions.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in healthcare finance, including medical billing, insurance reimbursement, and revenue cycle management, and understands the unique financial challenges associated with physician practices and multi-location healthcare organizations. This position does not have direct reports but works closely with executive leadership and external accounting, tax, payroll, and financial partners.

Key Responsibilities Financial & Accounting Leadership

  • Own all day‑to‑day accounting and financial operations.

  • Manage month‑end and year‑end close processes.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
